Proclamation under the Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2020
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2020 fix 22 August 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 2, commence.
