Proclamation under the On-Demand Passenger Transport Services Industry (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2020
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the On-Demand Passenger Transport Services Industry (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2020 fix 1 December 2022 as the day on which sections 7-11, 13, 15, 16, 21, 22, 24, 25, 30, 32, 37, 38, 42-44, 49-51, 53, 54, 56, 57, 60, 62 and 64 of that Act commence.
