Financial Management Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 8(1) of the Financial Management Act 2016 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Financial Management Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 December 2022.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Financial Management Act 2016 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Financial Management Act 2016 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
