COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Emergency Cessation Day) Notice 2023
I make the following notice under section 27(2) of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Emergency Cessation Day) Notice 2023 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Emergency cessation day For the purposes of the COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 , 30 April 2023 is declared to be the emergency cessation day.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 15 February 2023
