Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2023
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2023 .
2. Commencement These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Gaming Control Regulations 2022 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gaming Control Regulations 2022 .
5. The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gaming Control Regulations 2022 .
