Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Child Care Act 2001 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2023 .
2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 5 June 2023.
3. Fees (1) The fees specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Child Care Act 2001 , in respect of the matters to which they relate, for the period 5 June 2023 to 30 June 2024. (2) The fees specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Child Care Act 2001 , in respect of the matters to which they relate, on and from 1 July 2024.
