Short title These regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment (Passenger Transport Reform) Regulations 2023 . 2. Commencement These regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence. 3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4. The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 . 5.
