Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1970, No. 67 by omitting from Part 1 of the Second Schedule to that proclamation the item relating to the Lady Barron Main Road and substituting the following item: Lady Barron From the southern boundary of the southern junction of the intersection of Palana Road and Five Mile Jim Road, Lughrata, to the Lady Barron port gates at a point approximately 140 metres south of the junction with Franklin Parade, Lady Barron (via Palana Road, Lady Barron Road and Main Street, Lady Barron) 31.52 miles (50.73 kilometres)
(b) revoke the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 2013, No. 74; and (c) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 21 August 2023
