Fisheries (Scalefish) Amendment Rules 2023
I make the following rules under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .

1. Short title These rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Scalefish) Amendment Rules 2023 .
2. Commencement These rules take effect on 1 November 2023.
3. Principal Rules In these rules, the Fisheries (Scalefish) Rules 2015 are referred to as the Principal Rules.
4. The amendments effected by this rule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Fisheries (Scalefish) Rules 2015 .
