Local Government (Highways) Order 1994

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23(2) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 , I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following order.

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 .

2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3. Revocations The Statutory Rules specified in Schedule 1 to this order are revoked.

4. Bridges to be maintained or renewed by the State The bridges specified in Schedule 2 to this order are declared to be bridges that are to be maintained or renewed by the State.
