Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the section 23(2) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 2024 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
