Proclamation under the Firearms Amendment (Community Safety) Act 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Firearms Amendment (Community Safety) Act 2023 fix 1 July 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:
(a) sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 9 , 10 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 17 , 18 and 19 ; (b) section 4(b) and (d) . 20 June 2024
