Proclamation under the Residential Building (Miscellaneous Consumer Protection Amendments) Act 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Residential Building (Miscellaneous Consumer Protection Amendments) Act 2023 fix 1 October 2024 as the day on which Parts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 of that Act commence.
