Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 3) 2024
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 3) 2024 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2024 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2024 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
