Proclamation under the Farm Debt Mediation Act 2024
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Farm Debt Mediation Act 2024 fix 4 December 2024 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
