Health Complaints Amendment (Code of Conduct) Act 2018

An Act to amend the Health Complaints Act 1995 [Royal Assent 15 October 2018]

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Health Complaints Amendment (Code of Conduct) Act 2018 .

2. Commencement This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.

3. Principal Act In this Act, the Health Complaints Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4. The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health Complaints Act 1995 .
