1. Citation This order is the Fisher Road Water Reserve Order 2008.

2. Commencement This order comes into operation as follows — (a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3. Fisher Road Water Reserve constituted (1) A water reserve to be known as the Fisher Road Water Reserve is constituted. (2) The boundary of the Fisher Road Water Reserve is — (a) as shown bordered in bold on the Department of Water plan WT 3947; and (b) outlined by means of coordinates annexed to that plan.
