Limited and Dampier Mining Company Limited relating to the establishment at or near Worsley of a refinery to produce alumina and for incidental and other purposes.

1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Alumina Refinery (Worsley) Agreement Act 1973 1.

2. Commencement (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent 1. (2) Section 5 shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by proclamation, being a date not earlier than the date on which the Agreement referred to in section 3 is duly executed by all the parties thereto 1.
