1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Gaming and Wagering Commission (Continuing Lotteries Levy) Regulations 2000 1. [Regulation 1 amended in Gazette 30 Jan 2004 p. 417.]
2. Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.
3. Levy amount prescribed (Act s. 3) The amount by way of levy to be paid under Part V Division 7 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 for the period commencing 1 July 2000 is 3.25% of the face value of the tickets supplied for that period. [Regulation 3 amended: Gazette 30 Jan 2004 p. 417.] Notes 1 This reprint is a compilation as at 19 November 2010 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission (Continuing Lotteries Levy) Regulations 2000 and includes the amendments made by the other written laws referred to in the following table.
