1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Iron Ore (Marillana Creek) Agreement Act 1991 1.

2. Commencement This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent 1.

3. Terms used In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears — Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1 and includes that agreement as varied from time to time in accordance with its provisions; First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2; Fourth Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 5; Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3; Third Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 4.
