1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act Regulations 1972 1. [2. Omitted under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(4)(f).]

3. Interpretation In these regulations unless the context requires otherwise — authorised officer has the meaning given in the Public Health Act 2016 section 4(1); the Act means the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972; words and expressions used in these regulations have when so used the same respective meanings as are given to them in and for the purposes of the Act. 4. Officers of the Authority (1) The Commissioner shall determine the duties to be performed by the respective officers of the Authority and shall assign such duties to those officers. (2) An officer of the Authority, in the exercise of his powers and duties, may enter at any time into or upon any land or premises where persons of Aboriginal descent are in any circumstance or where he has reasonable cause to suspect that they may be found. (3) For the purposes of these regulations a certificate under the hand of the Commissioner in the Form No. 1 in the Schedule is evidence of the appointment of the person named therein as an officer of the Authority.
