1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Energy Coordination (Retail Market Schemes) Regulations 2004.

2. Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 3 Division 2 of the Energy Legislation Amendment Act 2003 comes into operation.

3. Prescribed persons: s. 11ZOD(1)(b) (1) For the purposes of s. 11ZOD(1)(b) of the Act the following persons are prescribed — (a) a person who is a self‑contracting user; (b) a person who is a shipper; (c) a person who is a swing service provider. (2) In subregulation (1) — self‑contracting user, shipper and swing service provider have the meanings given to those terms in the retail market rules for the distribution system concerned.
