1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the General Insurance Brokers and Agents (Refund of Fees) Regulations 1986.
2. Prescribed percentage For the purposes of section 5 (3) of the Act, the prescribed percentage of any fee paid to the Board is 25 per cent. Notes 1.
