1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Regulations 1985.

2. Commencement These regulations shall come into operation on the day fixed for the coming into operation of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985.
