1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Criminal Investigation (Extra‑territorial Offences) Act 1987.
2. Commencement This Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
3A. Authority required for some investigations This Act is subject to the Criminal Appeals Act 2004 section 46C. [Section 3A inserted: No. 9 of 2012 s. 8.]
