1. Citation These regulations are the Road Traffic (Towing of Vehicles) Regulations 2020.
2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) Part 1 (other than regulations 3 and 4) — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Road Traffic Amendment (Immobilisation, Towing and Detention of Vehicles) Act 2020 section 5 comes into operation.
