Part 1 — Preliminary

1. Citation These regulations are the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Regulations 2021.

2. Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Screening) Act 2020 section 81 comes into operation.
