1. Citation (1) These regulations may be cited as the Auction Sales Regulations 1974. (2) In these regulations the Auction Sales Act 1973 is referred to as the Act. [Regulation 1 amended: Gazette 29 Aug 1986 p. 3205.] [1A. Deleted: SL 2021/86 r. 9.]
2. Forms The forms prescribed for the purposes of the Act are set out in the Schedule.
3. Applications (1) An application set out in Column 1 of the Table to subregulation (1A) must be made using the form set out opposite the application in Column 2.
