Section 73 amended 1 Notes Compilation table 1 Uncommenced provisions table 1 Defined terms Western Australia Gas Supply (Gas Quality Specifications) Act 2009 An Act to provide for — * the supply of gas that does not meet certain gas quality specifications; and * the control of the quality of such gas and its impact on gas transmission pipelines; and * the payment of compensation to certain gas consumers, operators of gas transmission pipelines and operators of gas storage facilities who are adversely affected by receiving such gas; and * a programme to modify or replace certain gas appliances and installations that might be rendered unsafe by the supply of such gas, in preparation for its supply; and * the operation of an account for contributions by gas producers to the costs of the programme, and for related purposes. The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
