1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Shipping and Pilotage (Mooring Control Areas) Regulations 1983.

2. Commencement These regulations shall come into operation on the date of the coming into operation of section 10 of the Shipping and Pilotage Act Amendment Act 1978 (in so far as it inserts paragraph (bb) into section 12 of the Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967).
