1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) (Application) Regulations 1997.

2. Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which the State Enterprises (Commonwealth Tax Equivalents) Act 1996 comes into operation.

3. State enterprises prescribed (section 5) The State enterprises set out in column 1 of the Table are prescribed for the purposes of section 5 of the Act, commencing on and from the date set out opposite in column 2 of that Table.
