1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Road Safety Council (Specified Offences) Regulations 2002.

2. Commencement These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 12(7) of the Road Safety Council Act 2002 comes into operation.

3. Specified offences An offence in a provision set out in the Table to this regulation is specified under section 12(7) of the Act as being an offence to which section 12(2)(a) of the Act applies. Table Road Traffic Code 2000 r. 11(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), r. 14 (6) and (7) r. 12 r. 16 r. 13(2), (3) and (4) r. 40(1) and (2)
