Pham was convicted not only of the offence of aggravated burglary but, as already mentioned, for an offence of being in possession of an unlicensed firearm, an offence which under s 16(1) of the Firearms Act 1996
Parole appears not to have been revoked until his conviction on 8 June 2001 and the operation thereby of s 22 of the Parole Act 1976
In accordance with s 31(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Interim) Act 2001
