This 1s the return of an order nisi granted by Brennan J. on 23rd March, 1977, in which the claimant, a member of the Vehicle Builders' Employees Federation of Australia (hereinafter called "the Federation") seeks orders giving directions that the respondents, who together constitute the members of the Executive Committee of the Victorian Branch of the Federation (hereinafter called "the Victorian Branch") and the Executive Committee of the Geelong Sub-Branch of the Victorian Branch (hereinafter called "the Geelong Sub-Branch"), each perform or observe the Rules of the Federation in that the respondent, G.
