This is an appeal under the Compensation (Commonwealth

Government Employees) Act 1971 (the Act) against a decision of the Commonwealth Employees Compensation Tribunal (the tribunal) "given 10 February 1981, rejecting a claim by the appellant for compensation in respect of the death of Reginald Alfred Tallon
