seeks an extension of the time for compliance with that

Supreme Court of Queensland in the amount of $19,521.50 for
debt and in the amount of $230.90 for costs was entered against the judgment debtor on 16 November 1984 in proceedings commenced in 1981. On the application of the judgment creditor, on 18 December 1984, a bankruptcy notice addressed to the judgment debtor was issued by the Brisbane
