BOWEN C.J: This is a motion under Order 52 rule 17 of the Federal Court Rules for a stay in respect of two orders of
Burchett J. pronounced on 19 November 1985.
Janssen Pharmaceutica Pty. Limited ("Janssen") brought proceedings against Pfizer Pty. Limited ("Pfizer") claiming certain declarations injunctive relief and damages. The claim
