AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
APPEAL FROM A JUDGMENT OF A SINGLE JUDGE
RE : JOSEPH HEDRLIN Appellant
EX PARTE: M.C. DONNELLY
Respondent
JUDGES MAKING ORDER: Beaumont, *Gummow and Finfeid Jd.
DATE OF ORDER: 29 October 1987
EX TEMPORE REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
AND ORDER
BEAUMONT J. The Court is of the opinion that leave to
appeal against order 1 made by Walcox J. on 14 July should
be refused. We would add that nothing has been put to us
which would suggest that Walcox J. erred in any respect in
making this order. The Court 1s also of the opinion that
application for leave to appeal against order No. 2 made by
Wilcox J. on 14 July should be dismissed. The Court is further
of the view that leave to appeal against order No. 3 made by
Wilcox J. on 14 July 1987 should be refused. Again, nothing
has been put to us which would suggest that Wilcox J. was in
error in any respect in this matter also.
The Court 1s of the opinion that the appellant should pay the
trustee's costs of to-day's applications thus far dealt with.
I certify that this page 1s a
true copy of the Reasons for
Judgment the Court.
