Citation 2. Definition 6. Record of prescriptions NORFOLK ISLAND Pharmacy Regulations Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy Regulations. Definition 2. In these regulations, "the Act" means the Pharmacy Act 1956. Record of prescriptions 6. The particulars to be recorded by a registered pharmaceutical chemist, in accordance with subsection 14(3) of the Act are as follows : Date or dates medicine or drug supplied Number of prescription Copy of prescription and instructions on the prescription Name of practitioner Name or initials of person dispensing prescription.
