Requirement: Action in accordance with Boeing Alert SB No. 727-57A159 Rev 3 including Notice of Status Change No 727-57A159 NSC1.

Compliance: As per Requirement document.
Background: Extensive cracking has been found in wing upper stringers at various rib locations. Previous repairs may not have been effective. Revision 3 to the ASB introduced further inspection and some rework. This amendment references the latest FAA AD but does not change the requirement.
