Requirement: Action in accordance with Embraer Service Bulletin 110-32-0084. Note: CTA AD 94-01-01 Amdt 39-729 refers. Compliance: Unless already accomplished, within 25 hours time in service after 27 April 1994. Background: A report was received of the disengagement of both springs from a nose landing gear downlock assembly, which resulted in the down latch assuming a position which prevented the nose landing gear locking down. An investigation revealed that a loss of spring tension had occurred.
