Requirement: Unless previously carried out; action in accordance with the Technical Requirements of British Aerospace SB 28-JM 5354. Note: This SB has been classified mandatory by the UK CAA. Compliance: 1. Part A of the Requirement Document by 31 August 1991. 2. Part B of the Requirement Document by 31 December 1991. Background: The manufacturer has advised that due to lack of positive locking between the existing valve body and the nut retainer assembly the valve body can loosen and become detached with consequent loss of fuel.
