Instrument repealing and adopting Recovery Plans
I, IAN GORDON CAMPBELL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage:
1. Pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby repeal the Recovery Plans for Forty-Spotted Pardalote (Pardalotus quadragintus);
Which are currently adopted under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999; and
2. Under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species specified below, made by the Tasmanian agency specified opposite those listed threatened species:
