Pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby repeal the Recovery Plans for  Forty-Spotted Pardalote (Pardalotus quadragintus); Which are currently adopted under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999; and 2. Under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species specified below, made by the Tasmanian agency specified opposite those listed threatened species: Tasmanian Recovery Plans (9) Listed Threatened Species or Ecological Community Recovery Plan Astacopsis gouldi Threatened Species Section (2006).
