AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below issues the following Airworthiness Directive (AD) under subregulation 39.001(1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.
Robin Aviation Series Aeroplanes AD/ROBIN/39 State of Design Airworthiness Directives 1/2008 DM
Applicability: All Robin HR200-100, HR200-120, HR200-120B, HR200-160, HR200-100S, R2160, R2100, R2100A, R2160D, R2112, R2160I and R2120U aircraft. Requirement: 1. Determine the applicability of the CAA (NZ) Airworthiness Directives (AD) listed in Table 1.
2. If it is determined that a CAA (NZ) AD is applicable and has not been previously accomplished, perform the actions required by the CAA (NZ) AD.
Note 1: In some cases the CAA (NZ) AD will refer to equivalent French DGAC ADs as a means of compliance with the AD. Table 1 provides a list of those ADs. If the equivalent Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (DGAC) AD is reflected in the aircraft log books as been complied with then no further action is required for the equivalent CAA (NZ) AD.
