Dated 2 June 2014 ERIC ABETZ Minister for Employment 1 Name of Declaration This Declaration is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility – Medibank Health Solutions) Declaration 2014 (No. 1). 2 Commencement This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 3 Authority This Declaration is made under subsection 100(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 ('the Act'). 4 Declaration Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Medibank Health Solutions Pty Limited (ACN 078 934 791) ('Medibank Health Solutions'), I declare that Medibank Health Solutions is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act. Note Medibank Health Solutions is, but is about to cease to be, a Commonwealth authority.
