5 Declaration of occupations that are equivalent
(1) Column A of the table in the Schedule to this declaration sets out a State (the first State) and a kind of registration for an occupation in that State.
(2) Columns B to I inclusive set out each other State (the second State) and a kind of registration for an occupation in that State.
(3) The occupation that can only be carried on in the first State by a person with the registration mentioned in Column A for that State is equivalent to the occupation that can only be carried on in the second State by a person with the registration mentioned in the relevant column for the second State.
