Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument. 3 Authority This instrument is made under section 33 of the Industry Research and Development Act 1986. 4 Definitions Note: Entity is defined in the Act. In this instrument: Act means the Industry Research and Development Act 1986. CREST ANZ means CREST Australia New Zealand Ltd. Note: CREST is short for the Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers. small business means an entity that: (a) has an ABN, and is registered, within the meaning given by section 195‑1 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999; and (b) employs less than 20 people. 5 Prescribed program For the purposes of subsection 33(1) of the Act, the program specified in item 1 of the following table is prescribed to the extent that it is with respect to the legislative power of the Parliament specified in section 6.
