Note: The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act. 5 Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a Higher Education Provider The approval of South Metropolitan TAFE (ABN: 15 965 263 323) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22‑2(1) of the Act. The legislative instrument Higher Education Provider Approval No 2 of 2016 (F2016L01026) is repealed.
