(2) This instrument may also be cited as IMMI 18/076. 3 Authority This instrument is made under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994. 4 Definitions In this instrument: Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994. 5 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms. Part 2 Arrangements for visa applications 6 Making an application—Other Family (Migrant) (Class BO) visa (1) For the purposes of item 1123A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form in Column B of the table in Schedule 1 is specified. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 1123A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and the way in which an application must be made is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 1. 7 Making an application—Other Family (Residence) (Class BU) visa (1) For the purposes of item 1123B of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form in Column B of the table in Schedule 2 is specified. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 1123B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and the way in which an application must be made is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 2. 8 Making an application—New Zealand (Family Relationship) (Temporary) (Class UP) visa (1) For the purposes of item 1214BA of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form in Column B of the table in Schedule 3 is specified. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 1214BA(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and the way in which an application must be made is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 3.
